        • After gaining hairdressing experience on the ground, Benjamin Dessange continued his career in the United States for 18 months. His international experience convinced him to acquire a financial qualification. His first concern was to develop exports, and then to set up the product manufacturing unit. He is now responsible for all the group's business activities.

        • After working for WELLA France in 1987 and occupying the position of President from 2004 to 2007, Emmanuel Gasnot entered the Laboratoires Cosm & Ouest - the distribution subsidiary of the Laboratoires Sciences et Mer, as President in 2007. In 2009, he wes named Director if the 'Professional' division of company Eugène Perma. He joined the Group in June 2012.

        • Philippe Vincent has a degree in accountancy and established his career with a firm of auditors and then with a subsidiary of the Lafarge Group. He joined the Group in 1999.
